The ecoATM is very Clean and Sanitized thoroughly. It's simple to use and a clearly explained process. Super Fast and Friendly service. I love it so much.

Not enough money paid for devices

THIS WAS VERY CONVENIENT AND EASY TO USE.

You guys price your phone to low.... and what's the point of get a code to lock the price if you guys don't honor it. And what's the point of having mp3 players or tablet pricing if not all atm take them big inconvenience.

Gem has been great keeping me calm and explaining process and protocol to me.

It's easy to use and the process is pretty self explanatory. My only issue with ecoatm is that I wish it gave you more money. All of the devices are worth way more than what's offered but it's an ok service if you're looking for a quick way to make a little money off old devices that are just taking up space anyways and don't feel like going through the drawn out process of selling them elsewhere.

Owned a Note 10+ 256 GB phone I was looking to sell so I tried ecoatm.

Use the app before going! I tried 3 separate scenarios, and here's what I found.

1. Went to website and entered my phone details, got an offer of $75
2. At the Kiosk, had the ATM go thru my phone and gave an offer of $70
3. Downloaded their app on the Play Store, went thru the apps questions, entered my IMEI, and got a offer of $270 and locked it in.

After #1 I canceled the process, started over with my PIN given for #3 and got my cash offer completed.

Throughout the process it wouldn't read my phone until I changed the USB settings to Photo Downloading instead of file transfer.

I give it 3 stars, if I didn't bother with the app, yah I would of lost out on $200

Although the time it takes to go through the process is long it does pay pretty nice, I just wish they tookore phones at once though.

Extremely shady company. I followed all of the prompts to have my device appraised, then decided that the appraisal was worth the time and effort of selling it and dealing with buyers. I placed my drivers license into the kiosk and verified the license was mine. However when the kiosk I used was ready to distribute payment, every option was exhausted. The option for a cash payment was void. I looked to either get credited via Venmo or PayPal to which the kiosk stated that every aforementioned form of payment weren't available and that I should call customer service. This would've been fine had my device was returned to me. I immediately called customer service and stayed on the line for the first call for about thirty minutes and got no response. Made multiple calls and sent multiple emails regarding my situation, and no response. I got through to customer service once, and they ended up hanging up on me.

I sold two phones today at the same time, and only got the first payment sent too me.. i confirmed the second phone and it took it, but i did not get the receipt for the second phone.. just the first. will it take longer to go into my account? it was through pay pal.. it was an expensive phone, and it was $435 that was offered and accepted.. but only $105 was sent for the first phone. when will i get the receipt and money for the second phone?

I sold to one of their ATMS in San Diego and they told me my "payment was pending" and that I had to go ahead and get my payment through PayPal. Turns out it's been months and I still haven't received my payment. Very distrustful.

Only options when their machine doesn’t have funds is Venmo or PayPal. When they both FAIL. Your only option is a check. Which takes 7-10 days to get.

If I don’t get my money I’ll be launching legal action.

The machine at Walmart on us highway 19, took my iPhone 8. I didn’t except much anyways but I also didn’t except to just give away the phone for free..? I’ll be taking this forward in having all machines executed.
